Did you know that? Crémant de Die is one of the 8 Crémant appellations (along with Alsace, Burgundy, Loire, Jura, Bordeaux, Savoy and Limoux). It is definitely one of the lesser known ones with only 200,000 bottles sold per year and almost exclusively in France.

In October 2021, 300 bottles of crémant d'Alsace were submerged under 25 meters of water in one lake in Colmar, Alsace🍾. The bottles will stay there for several years, some of them until 2031!⏳
